The translucent tint is applied by a professional painter with 30 years of experience in a state of the art Italian made $60,000 spraybooth/oven using state of the art German quality HVLP sprayguns. Your completed tail lamps will be smooth & free of defects, with a deep gloss that will rival the finest custom paint jobs.

We follow the follow process when tinting your tail lamps.
- When we receive your tail lamps they are thoroughly washed and degreased to remove any wax & contaminates
- Each tail lamp is then wet sanded using 600 grit paper to smooth the surface and "open" the plastic for painting
- Each tail lamp is sprayed with a catalized clear adhesion promoter
- The tail lamps are then sprayed with our special translucent tint to the customers desired shade
- After the tail lamps are dry we then spray them with two coats of urethane clearcoat
- The tail lamps are then baked in our sprayoven for 30 min at 150 degrees
- The finished tail lamps are bagged in a soft cloth, then wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped back to the customer
